Onni is seeking a seasoned General Manager to maximize asset value for a Class A office property in Virginia. You will direct day-to-day operations, lead budgeting, and drive capital projects while maintaining exceptional tenant relations.
The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in real estate leadership, a bachelor’s in business or related field, and proficiency with Yardi and Prism. You will oversee engineering, leasing collaboration, and compliance to deliver strong financial performance.
