Overview
The role focuses on sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, development, leasing, restructuring, and disposition of noteworthy assets.
Candidates will advise clients on complex real estate transactions, particularly on the equity side, representing institutional investors, real estate funds, owners, operators, and developers.
Work spans various asset classes including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, healthcare, medical office, and life science properties.
Responsibilities include counseling on real estate joint venture formation and restructuring, acquisition, development and financing, portfolio transactions, and leasing matters.
Experience representing borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine financing, securitized loans, construction lending, preferred equity investments, bridge financing, and other financing vehicles is required.
The position requires "first chair" capabilities and comfort representing clients on the debt side of the table.
