Job description
Regions Bank in Tampa, FL is seeking a Capital Markets Agency Originator to originate Multifamily/Agency Multifamily loans across broad geographic areas using Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD programs. The role reports to the Capital Markets Group and works with Analysts/Deal Managers on loan sizing and process management.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 10 years of institutional real estate lending experience and a proven origination track record.
