Job description
Upward On in New York seeks an experienced General Counsel to lead its in-house legal function. This is the sole in-house role, reporting directly to ownership and senior leadership and guiding a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
The ideal candidate has seven-plus years of sophisticated CRE experience, with leasing and acquisitions expertise, and the practicality to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
