Job description
Forterra in the Seattle area seeks a senior real estate professional to grow our land transactions across Washington State. You will shape acquisition strategy, negotiate with sellers and partners, conduct due diligence, and manage budgets, schedules, and reporting to close deals that advance conservation and financial objectives.
You will assemble capital stacks from grants, philanthropy, debt and equity, mentor teams, and collaborate with philanthropy and communications to advance projects.
