Job description
STV seeks a Lead/Director Real Estate Economist to join the Infrastructure and Grants Advisory team. You will lead complex real estate and economic development projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, and engage directly with clients to support project development and investment decisions.
The role requires a Master’s degree and 15–20 years of experience, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record in leadership and client advisory activities.
