Job description
STV is seeking an experienced Lead/Director Real Estate Economist to join our Infrastructure and Grants Advisory team in New York. The role combines technical economic analysis, team leadership, and business development to guide complex real estate and infrastructure projects.
You will mentor staff, manage multidisciplinary teams, and engage directly with clients, delivering market analyses, pro forma models, and strategic recommendations across transit-oriented and land-use initiatives.
