Job description
Kriss & Feuerstein, a Midtown Manhattan commercial real estate lending law firm, seeks an attorney with 7–15 years of CRE and lender representation experience to handle sophisticated lender matters from inception to closing.
Duties include representing lenders in financing of commercial and mixed-use properties, drafting loan documents for various financing tranches, reviewing organizational documents, and overseeing title clearance and intercreditor matters.
