Job description
Empire Search Partners, a global financial services company, seeks an Assistant General Counsel in New York to provide legal support for a portfolio of bilateral commercial real estate lending transactions. The ideal candidate has 6 years of experience at a law firm or in-house, and will advise business teams through loan lifecycles from origination to workout.
The role reports to the General Counsel and may include supervising support staff within the Legal Department.
