Job description
Coda Search Staffing is seeking a Senior Associate, Fund Finance to lead the financial operations of our real estate fund platform, overseeing capital calls, distributions, and cash across funds. You will report to investors and collaborate with investment, legal, and investor relations teams throughout the fund lifecycle.
You will prepare waterfall calculations, manage audits, and ensure accurate general ledger entries, while delivering forward-looking liquidity planning and performance metrics.
