Job description
LHH is partnering with a well-capitalized private equity real estate investment firm to add a Senior Associate to their Atlanta investment team. This role offers exposure across the full lifecycle of transactions, working directly with senior professionals on debt and equity investments.
You will support underwriting, build cash flow models, analyze financials, and prepare investment committee materials, while engaging in due diligence, deal execution, and asset management across the lifecycle.
