Job description
Nationwide is seeking a Senior Investment Professional to manage a multi-billion-dollar real estate loan portfolio, interpreting loan documents and analyzing operating statements.
Responsibilities include coordinating with Real Estate Portfolio Managers and Legal teams, ensuring data integrity in LMS, and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers and partners. This role requires 5–8 years of CRE experience and a strong background in loan analysis.
