Job description
SBA Communications is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions (Real Estate) to support high-volume real estate transactions. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining ground leases, easements, and related agreements, with due diligence and closing oversight.
You will supervise paralegals and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to move transactions from inception through closing in a fast-paced environment.
