Job description
SBA Communications Corporation seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions (Real Estate) to support high-volume real estate transactions across our national footprint. You will draft and negotiate leases, easements, purchase agreements, and closing documents, and coordinate due diligence with internal teams.
The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor with active bar admission and 6–10 years of real estate law experience, excellent written and oral communication, and strong attention
