Job description
POP MART is seeking a Senior Manager, Real Estate to drive the expansion of its U.S. retail footprint. This on-site role will lead site selection, market development, lease negotiations, and end-to-end deal execution, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Store Operations, and Design.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial real estate, deep U.S. market knowledge, and strong relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers.
