Job description
PGIM Real Estate, the real estate investing arm of Prudential Financial, seeks a Senior Investment Associate for Northeast Originations. You will lead origination efforts for multifamily and commercial debt, manage deal processes from underwriting to closing, and mentor analysts while developing market expertise across the Northeast.
The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, client interaction, and collaboration with internal and external partners. Occasional travel is expected.
