Job description
Connexus Hub Inc. is building a Washington, DC team to support real estate portfolio management, occupancy operations, and asset planning for a large multi-tenant federal office building.
This role provides senior portfolio analysis, occupancy strategy, asset planning, scenario development, and executive decision support for a 1.2 million square foot multi-tenant federal office building transitioning to a full multi-tenant operating model.
