Job description
Welltower seeks an AVP/VP, Transactions Tax to lead tax planning, manage technical tax research, and develop scalable processes for the portfolio. The role includes modeling, advisory work on complex real estate deals, and guiding policy development.
You will collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Legal, and Portfolio Management to ensure accurate tax analysis and compliant execution across investments. CPA required.
