Job description
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Manager in the United States (San Diego area). You will oversee a complex portfolio, manage transaction teams, and supervise budgeting, revenue tracking, and profitability reporting to senior management.
The role requires strong finance/real estate knowledge, leadership, and ability to optimize client portfolio performance. The position reports to Account Director and supports client reviews and strategy development.
