Job description
AMLI Residential is seeking a Director of Transactions & Diligence to drive real estate acquisitions and financing initiatives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Investments, Finance, and Operations from LOI through closing, shaping processes and ensuring timely closings.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on due diligence, risk assessment, and post-closing management, with hybrid work in the Chicago area and substantial interaction with senior leadership.
