Job description
Zendesk seeks a Senior Backend Software Engineer for Solve Voice to design and run the real-time voice AI backend. You will optimize latency, reliability, and observability while building telephony and WebRTC integrations with AI services. You will ship end-to-end backend features and collaborate with product, design, and ML teams.
You will join a hybrid team across US offices, contributing to scalable systems and a human-centered voice experience for customers.
