Job description
Arundel Lodge Behavioral Health seeks an Assistant Senior Manager to support daily operations for Seniors Served. You will coordinate transportation, assist with money management, diet coaching, shopping, and ADLs while guiding residents on their recovery from mental illness, physical illness, and substance use.
The role requires supervising shifts, maintaining safety, coordinating with staff, monitoring medications, and applying the Recovery Model in every interaction to empower residents.
