This role will support hiring across our growing Power and Operations teams, with a focus on technical, skilled trades, field, and professional roles. We need someone who is comfortable sourcing hard-to-find talent, building pipelines from scratch, and partnering directly with hiring leaders in a fast-moving environment.The right person is resourceful, curious, and knows how to turn a difficult search into a recruiting strategy.What You'll Do:Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboardingProactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, industry networks, and creative sourcing strategiesBuild talent pipelines for technical, skilled trades, field operations, and professional rolesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand the business, technical requirements, and talent marketDevelop sourcing strategies for difficult or niche searches rather than relying solely on inbound applicantsScreen and assess candidates for experience, technical alignment, and overall fit for the roleManage multiple searches and priorities while keeping candidates and hiring managers movingProvide market insight on talent availability, compensation, competition, and sourcing challengesSupport recruiting events, trade schools, military recruiting, and other targeted talent initiativesMaintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the ATSDeliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through hireRequirements:4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong hands-on sourcing experienceExperience recruiting within energy, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or a similar technical environmentDemonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidatesStrong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/search skillsExperience recruiting technical, skilled trades, operations, engineering, or other difficult-to-fill rolesComfortable partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managersStrong sense of urgency and ability to work independentlyOrganized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesExperience with an ATS and recruiting technologyAgency recruiting experience is a plus, but not required You'll Be Successful Here If You:You don't wait for the perfect candidate to apply.
