Standard Bots in Glen Cove, NY is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for our manufacturing floor, from entry-level technicians to plant managers. The role combines outbound sourcing, multi-channel outreach, and tight interview processes to fill quickly in a high-growth robotics environment.
You’ll partner with manufacturing leadership, experiment with messaging, and manage the full funnel with discipline.
