Job description

BOK Financial Corporation in Arizona is seeking a State Director, Commercial Banking to lead and grow our commercial banking business across a key market, directing sales, service and business development with a focus on expanding our large loan portfolio.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team of Market Managers and Relationship Managers, set strategic plans, and collaborate across Wealth Management and Treasury services to meet client needs.
