H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistently high‑quality client experience and strong operating performance. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive both client outcomes and business results across locations.
You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, using data to identify trends and opportunities.
