Job description
NEW Health, rural northeast Washington’s leading nonprofit primary care provider, is seeking a Senior Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple clinics and service lines. You will drive standardization, performance improvement, financial stewardship, and compliance while advancing patient‑centered care and NEW Health's mission.
You will oversee regional workflows, monitor metrics, manage staffing and budgets, and coach Clinic Operations Managers.
