Job description
LensCrafters is seeking a Sr. Regional Manager to drive sales and profits across 20–30 locations, delivering a premium patient and customer experience in retail, lab and doctor services, and to establish the brand as the region's premier eye care destination.
You will coach and develop Store Managers, recruit top talent, analyze business metrics, manage costs, and uphold safety and brand standards. This role requires up to 80% travel, weekend availability, and the ability to lead through change
