Job description
Schwab Wealth Advisory in Colorado seeks a Senior Regional Manager to coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. You will guide strategy, support client relationships, and drive performance in alignment with firm goals.
The role requires CFP or CFA designation, a Bachelor's degree, and active FINRA licenses (7, 66, 9/10) with 5+ years in financial services and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
