Job description
Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President of Retail Operations to lead multiple regions, drive store performance, and ensure exceptional customer service across our Winston-Salem area retail network.
This executive role requires multi-unit leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven record of increasing revenue, managing budgets, developing talent, ensuring compliance, and guiding Regional Directors through strategic initiatives.
