Job description
Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a Level II Competent Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with the care team to improve quality of care through evidence-based practice.
You will lead and participate in performance improvement, orient new staff, communicate plan of care, and support discharge planning while maintaining safe, compassionate patient care across a designated unit.
