Job description
St. Peter's Health Partners in Troy, NY seeks a Sr. Receptionist (Sr. Registration Associate) to coordinate front-end operations for a medical practice. You will handle scheduling, registration, check-in/out, and revenue-cycle activities with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.
Reporting to office leadership, you will mentor staff, manage daily staffing, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering outstanding patient experiences in a fast-paced environment. Weekend coverage not required.
