Job description
Kohler is seeking a Sr. Compliance Engineer to lead compliance, quality, and risk initiatives across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will interpret and apply industry, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure products and processes meet all applicable standards. You will plan and conduct audits, drive corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to embed compliance into product and process design. Leveraging data and documentation, you’ll monitor regulatory changes, assess risk, and provide clear recommendations to leadership while supporting Kohler’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
