Job description
KAST is seeking a US Legal Counsel to guide compliance and strategy across its US operations from San Francisco. You will collaborate with Product, Compliance, and GTM teams to ensure adherence to federal and state laws and engage regulators and industry groups.
The role requires strong PQE, JD with US admission, and experience in digital assets. You will oversee outside counsel relationships and draft key legal documents for retail and institutional products.
