Job description
Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Rehab Director to serve as the primary Legacy representative at the facility, promoting Legacy policies and clinical programs while supporting our mission to help aging adults live safe, healthy lives with strength, movement, and joy.
The role requires a clinical background with licensure in PT/OT/SLP, 3–5 years in long-term care or senior living, and the ability to oversee staff, coordinate therapy programming, and ensure regulatory compliance.
