Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Rehab Director to lead our senior living rehabilitation program.
You will serve as Legacy’s primary facility representative, promote policies and clinical programs, and build strong relationships with staff, patients and families to deliver safe, effective care. This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, and professional development.
