Job description
Powerback is seeking a Senior Director of Rehab to lead rehabilitation services across assigned accounts in the United States. This role combines clinical leadership with financial oversight and mentoring of DORs, ensuring ethical, compliant, and high-quality care.
The Sr. DOR will support COAD, oversee budget goals, drive new contracts, and manage key client relationships while upholding Powerback's standards and mission in rehab and wellness.
