Job description
Innovative Integrated Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to plan and implement Rehabilitation Policies, Procedures, and Services. The role ensures efficient operations and accurate monthly assessments, with occasional travel to other IIH sites for coverage and supervision.
The position requires supervisory experience in rehabilitation with a California COTA/PTA license, CPR/First-Aid, and immunization compliance, plus strong leadership and data-reporting skills.
