Job description
Pearl Pointe in Freeport, Illinois seeks a Rehabilitation Department Director to lead the department, oversee operations, and ensure high quality patient care. This role will manage staff across PT/OT/SLP, develop and implement rehabilitation programs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the department.
