Job description
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a senior Reinforcement Learning Engineer for a 100% remote role in the United States. The position is full-time and direct W2, offering a salary range of $100,000–$150,000 annually and requiring 10+ years of RL experience.
Sponsorship is limited to existing visa holders; new H-1B sponsorship is not available. The engineer will design RL solutions, build simulations for large-scale training, develop advanced RL algorithms, and ensure safety and performance
