Job description
Healthpeak Properties, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance efforts for our publicly traded REIT. The role focuses on managing REIT qualification, partnership tax reporting, and multi-state compliance.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a public accounting or real estate setting. This position requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a salary range of $155k to $195k plus generous cash incentives.
