Job description
Vanguard seeks a senior relationship management professional to lead Vanguard's most complex recordkeeping and employer‑sponsored retirement plan relationships, applying deep client history and strategic priorities to elevate service delivery and loyalty.
You will assess needs through strategic planning and high‑value consultations, partnering with internal stakeholders to implement enhancements and ensure seamless execution. Travel will be 25–50% to support client outcomes.
