Job description
B&G Foods in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer focused on asset management using PEM and deploying advanced tools such as FMEA, MTBF and MTTR to cultivate a reliability culture across our plant network.
You will standardize maintenance playbooks (RCM/PM), harmonize PEM AMS data, lead failure-pattern analyses, and introduce predictive methods like vibration analysis and thermography while coaching site teams toward corporate engineering goals.
