Job description
B&G Foods Inc. is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer in the United States to drive asset management using PEM systems and advanced tools like FMEA, MTBF, and MTTR.
You will collaborate with plant Technical Service Managers to foster a reliability culture across sites, deploy standardized RC/PM playbooks, and scale predictive maintenance techniques. Travel 25–50% is required to audit plants and mentor teams, with a goal of improving OEE and equipment reliability.
