Sigma Design Inc. is seeking a Staff Reliability Engineer for a contract-to-hire, in-office role in Costa Mesa, CA.
You’ll lead reliability activities across the full product lifecycle, drive risk reduction, and implement robust testing and validation strategies to ensure production-ready systems. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in reliability engineering within aerospace/defense, strong analytical skills, and experience with MIL standards.
