Position Overview
Seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to develop and implement a site-specific reliability program for a new pharmaceutical CAPEX project. The engineer will adapt global reliability standards to site requirements, assess equipment risks, and establish maintenance strategies to improve reliability and ensure equipment readiness before operational handover.

Key Responsibilities
Review global reliability plans and develop a program aligned with site equipment and operational needs.
Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and equipment criticality assessments.
Identify equipment failure risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for new equipment and systems.
Provide reliability input during equipment selection, design reviews, installation, and startup.
Define maintenance requirements and support maintenance readiness before equipment handover.
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and project teams to implement reliability improvements.
Maintain reliability assessments, maintenance plans, and supporting technical documentation.
Ensure activities comply with cGMP requirements and site procedures.
Required Qualifications
Experience in reliability engineering within pharmaceutical or other cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience conducting FMEAs and equipment criticality assessments.
Experience developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Experience supporting CAPEX projects and maintenance readiness for new equipment.
Ability to translate global reliability standards into practical site-specific programs.
Strong understanding of equipment failure modes, risk assessment, and mitigation.
Strong technical documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
