Job description
Starkey Laboratories in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Failure Analysis & Reliability Engineer to investigate electrical and physical failures in microelectronic circuits, flex assemblies, and components. You will conduct reliability testing, perform root-cause analyses, and deliver actionable improvement recommendations for Starkey’s hearing technology portfolio.
The role requires hands-on analysis, strong knowledge of PCB/microelectronics, and collaboration across design and manufacturing teams
