Job description
ERM seeks a Managing Consultant to lead renewable energy permitting across the Pacific Northwest from Portland, OR or Seattle, WA. You will manage cross‑functional teams delivering regulatory strategies for utility‑scale solar, BESS, wind, and transmission projects while coordinating with clients and agencies.
You will oversee project execution, budgets, schedules, and risk management, and mentor multidisciplinary staff to ensure technical excellence and client service.
