Job description
Cohere is seeking a Senior Research Engineer for the Safety team to help build safer, more secure models. You will design tooling for data synthesis, analysis, and management across real and synthetic data used in training and evaluation.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to enable faster experimentation, broader data coverage, and rigorous validation. You will own end-to-end tooling and influence architecture while applying software, statistics, and data science skills.
