Job description
Lonza in Tampa, FL is seeking a senior scientist to lead the design, execution, and interpretation of GMP process development experiments and to develop analytical methods supporting drug substance and product development.
The role requires advanced degree and extensive experience in mammalian cell culture and biopharmaceutical development, plus strong DOE and data-analysis skills. You will mentor juniors, collaborate across teams, and drive regulatory-compliant results.
